For installing tiles in bathroom there are two different forms of tiles that can be used for wall and floors. The tiles intended for use in walls are often lighter when compared to floor tiles. The glazes used in the wall tiles are totally different when compared to floor tiles and are not designed for resisting the abrasive forces. For tiling the walls of the bathroom the ceramic and porcelain tiles works best. Due to varied design trends, there is a lot of crossover between the two types of tiles. Porcelain tiles are built to be installed in the floors. Basically, the tiles made for walls are smaller in size compared to the tiles for the floors which are much larger in size. We have the best floor tiles that are quite strong and are able to resist the wear and tear during usage. The ceramic tiles are a lot softer and less resistant to wear and tear, so are best suited for wall installation in the bathroom. We have porcelain tiles which are very dense and resistant to tears, so these tiles are more suitable for use in the floors.
